I have been greatly concerned by the continuing vexatious prosecutions of military veterans who served in Northern Ireland. Old soldiers continue to be persecuted for political purposes by Sinn Fein/IRA.
Secretary of State Brandon Lewis will be presenting a Bill this autumn which is currently being referred to as ‘The NI Legacy (Troubles) Bill’.
Veterans support groups across the UK have protested vigorously for the past five years to have this bill placed before parliament.
I strongly urge you to support it.
